How long does it take to ship my order?
Once you've placed your order, it usually takes one business working day to process it for delivery.

Can I change my order?
Yes you can make changes to your order within 24hrs that the order has been placed.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes you can cancel orders placed within 24hrs provided the order has not been shipped or dispatched. Please contact our customer support team. Any order that has been shipped cannot be cancelled.
We can then make changes for the following details:
- Shipping information
- Your first and last name
- Your email address
- Your phone number
Cancellation:
- You must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
- We cannot cancel an order that is already in transit.
What happens if the product arrives damaged?
If the product is damaged, you should report the damage to us within 30 days of ordering. Within this period, we will bear the cost of the new product. In this case you should send us your order number and a photo of the damaged product. We ask you to report the damage within 24 hours after your order has been delivered. Otherwise, we will not be able to consider the complaint.
